Client Notice *MUST READ*

This notice is to let all clients aware of G.L.A.M policies;

-A minimum non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, payment must be paid on the day that booking date has been agreed upon.(this deposit excludes bridal makeup)

 

-A cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is during the week makeup date falls or on the day itself (must cancel booking 1 weeks in order to avoid charges)

-All bookings should be made the official way stated, booking requests will not be answered if it is not via the website.

​

- A £5 late charge will be applied if client is 15 minutes late, £15 charge if client is 30 minutes late or more and full makeup fee including £15 late charge will be applied if client missed date without informing G.L.A.M in advance.

Once booking has been made you have agreed to abide by these policies and any others implemented by G.L.A.M failure to adhere to these policies can result in fee charges and you may be restricted from G.L.A.M services.

G.L.A.M servives is mobile also, extra charge may apply for such travel.
